![]() ![]() The hopper (the bit covering the chewing teeth) has a slot that measures 40 mm at its maximum. A one-button release makes it easy to slip the box in and out. The clear plastic looks low end, but I liked being able to see through without switching the machine off. The 50-litre clear collection box is big enough to not require emptying every few minutes. You don’t get the feeling that this is a high-end machine – but then again, it doesn’t claim to be either, so that seems fair! Overall though, as you can imagine, this does make it feel a bit flimsy compared to some of the big-name brands. It does wobble side-to-side quite a bit if you pull it left to right, but this doesn’t occur when it’s shredding. It has few odd sentences that don’t make sense which I put down to a Google translation issue… I had to search quite hard to find out what size branches it could manage, eventually finding the information on p.6 of the paper manual.Įverything fits together well, and it feels relatively sturdy. There is nothing complicated about this machine, you just have to fit the legs on with the pieces provided. When pulled out the box, the shredder looked like a practical piece of kit – nothing fancy or ‘wow’, but practical nonetheless. A year on the scooter is rotting in the garden and i'm still saving for another one.It arrived neatly packaged and well padded without excess packaging materials. The only reason I gave them 1 star is that you have to rate them with something to write a report. If I could give anyone advice on this company it would be to go nowhere near them. Their guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on. They had my money money and then they don't care. Lost my money and left virtually house bound by this uncaring company. ![]() As well as having to come to terms with recently becoming disabled I now had to come to terms with the fact I had been ripped off. They refused to send an engineer out to repair it, replace it, or refund my money. ![]() Not only this they blankly refused to collect the faulty scooter. After sending them the report from the independent company I was informed that I would not be reimbursed for my outlay. I was assured that although I would have to pay for this up front I would receive the money back as it was under guarantee. I rang them and they asked me to have an independent local company to inspect the scooter. Bolts coming out, front wheel bearing gone and intermittently with no power. After approximately six weeks it started to fall to bits. I purchased a mobility scooter off this company after recently becoming disabled. To be honest I'm glad they never really sent my item because that made it easier to get a PayPal refund, And from what I've read I'm pretty sure they'd not have honored their warranty anyway. It seems that you can pay DHL online to get a tracking number and never actually give them anything to deliver. DE22 3QE, And the biggest similarity with all these companies (On top of how they all only have people whose last name is "JOHAL" in every registered company position) is that compared to other companies in the sector, they appear to have rather more customers reporting that they haven't received their goods despite the seller being adamant that they'd posted them (And have tracking numbers to prove it !). They mostly work out of 97-105 Monk Street, Derby, Derbyshire. Looks like they have fingers in everything from clothing sales all the way to financial advice. It seems that Dirty Pro Tools is also an ebay seller called "Home-then-garden", An Amazon shop called "D Pro Tools UK", And "S S Johal and Sons Ltd" which do. I got so bored waiting for a parcel from this lot to arrive that I did a little research on who I was actually buying from.
